This collaboration aimed to enhance and expand IVI RMA’s reproductive health services within the Houston market.
Project Details
The Montrose Collective, located at 888 Westheimer Road, is a vibrant mixed-use development spanning 185,000 square feet. Comprising 100,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail space, and 10,000 square feet of library space, the project broke ground in February 2020 and achieved nearly full occupancy by the end of 2023.
